These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the App, including the Customer App, Vendor App, and Rider App.
By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Platform Role
The platform operates as a marketplace connecting customers, vendors, and riders. We facilitate transactions but do not directly sell products or perform deliveries.
3. User Accounts
To use the App, users must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the platform, including engaging in fraud, providing false information, or interfering with system operations.
5. Orders and Services

•Vendors prepare and fulfill orders
•Riders deliver orders
All parties must perform their responsibilities accurately and responsibly.
6. Payments
All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Vendors and riders receive earnings through the platform’s system.
7. Delivery
Delivery services are performed by independent riders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before acceptance. Refunds may be issued for non-delivery, incorrect items, or duplicate charges.
Refunds are not issued for successfully completed orders, delays beyond control, or incorrect user-provided information.
Refunds are typically processed within seven (7) working days.
9. User Responsibilities
Customers must:
•Provide accurate delivery details
•Be available to receive orders
Vendors must:
•Ensure product quality and accuracy
•Maintain updated listings and inventory
Riders must:
•Deliver orders safely and on time
•Maintain active location tracking during deliveries
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
•Provide false information
•Commit fraud
•Misuse the platform
•Violate applicable laws
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services.
12. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not liable for:
•Product quality issues from vendors
•Delivery delays or rider conduct
•Losses due to incorrect information
•External factors such as traffic or weather
13. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
14. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers for payments, analytics, and navigation services.
15. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
